Unfolding of Matodrape knee arthroscopy set
Having opened the set put it on the instrumental table. Use the outer drape to secure the table and remaining elements. Put the elements on the table paying attention to the pictograms on the drapes (they show where to place each element).
Apply the Mayo table cover (in form of a bag with a cuff).
Put the patient’s leg inside the leg cover and fix the cover under the knee with two adhesive tapes.
Open the drape which is folded in half. The drape is folded in a way that the opening with the elastic element is perfectly visible.
Put the patient’s leg through the elastic opening in the drape (pulling it up the thigh) and through the elastic opening in the pouch fixing it under the knee.
Unfold the drape covering the patient. From the patient’s head side fix the drape on the anaesthesia screen using the adhesive tapes in the corners of the drape.
