Medical face masks Surgimask

The masks are made of three layers of nonwoven that do not irritate the skin and are hypoallergenic. They do not contain glass fibers or heavy metals. The masks are also resistant to UV radiation.

Thanks to the internal filter layer with a minimum filtration degree of BFE ≥ 98% of biological aerosols, they protect against droplet-borne infections. The masks are characterised by high air permeability and have a special nose modeling insert (nose bow). Soft and flexible ear holders allow the mask to be attached on the face, and the delicate nonwoven of which they are made does not irritate or cause pressure. The masks meet the requirements of the EN 14683 standard for type II.

Application:

• protect the surgical field against contamination with exfoliated epidermis and hair
• reduce the transmission of infectious agents from the personnel using the mask to the operating field during medical procedures
• protect the user against splashes of potentially contaminated fluids during surgical procedures – applies to the type IIR mask
