Lightweight gynaecological mesh G-Mesh®

G-Mesh® gynaecological mesh is made of monofilament polypropylene yarn (transparent and blue) with a fibre thickness of 0.10 mm. The G-Mesh® gyneecological mesh is used in reconstructive surgery to treat the reduction of the reproductive organ (Pelvic Organ Prolapse, POP).

Blue orienting lines facilitate the visibility and positioning of the product in the operating field.

The ends of each arm are specially formed, allowing secure attachment of the mesh in the applicator’s ear, used to guide the implant through the anatomical structures, and location in the patient’s body.

Each type of the mesh is available in one size – with the possibility of minor dimension adjustments done by the surgeon during the implantation to suit the patient’s individual anatomy.

Application:

G-Mesh® surgical meshes are used in reconstructive surgery to treat reproductive organ depression. Reconstructive surgery should not be the first choice of treatment and should be dedicated to patients with symptomatic depletion of the reproductive organs. Treatment is possible only if the patient or legal guardian is aware of possible complications and agrees to surgical treatment. The amount of mesh used should be as limited as possible. Surgical therapy should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the EAU (European Association of Urology).
