Unfolding of Matodrape laparoscopy set
Open the outer packaging in accordance with the principles of asepsis and place the set on the instrument table. Unfold the outer drape on the instrument table and place set elements on it.
Apply the Mayo table cover.
Before draping the patient (delimiting the surgical field), pay attention to the direction in which the drape is to be unfolded with the help of the pictograms.
Unfold the edges of the drape sideways. Remove the release paper from the window of the main drape.
Slide the legs on the patient's legs and stick the drape to the patient's abdomen, thus defining the operating field. Then press in the adhered place to increase the adhesion to the patient's skin.
Unfold the sides of the drape so that they hang freely from the operating table and expand the upper part of the drape in the direction of the anaesthesia stand. Pass the drape over the frame, thus creating an anaesthesia screen.
Finally, attach the film pouch to the drape by peeling off the release paper from the adhesive layer.
