Unfolding of Matodrape urology set (PCNL)
Open the outer packaging in accordance with the principles of asepsis and place the set on the instrument table. Unfold the outer drape on the instrument table and place set elements on it.
Before starting to drape the patient (determination of the surgical field), pay attention to the direction in which the drape is unfolded with the help of the pictograms on the drape.
Unfold the sides of the drape over the patient's head in 2 people so that they hang freely from the operating table, then remove the release paper from the opening of the main drape and adhere the cover, thus defining the operational field.
Then press the adhesive tape to the place where the adhesive is applied to increase the adhesion to the patient's skin.
Unfold the sides of the drape so that they hang freely from the operating table and then unfold the top of the drape towards the patient's head (towards the anaesthesia stand). Pass the drape over the frame to create an anaesthesia screen.
Unfold the lower part of the drape towards the lower end of the operating table to cover the patient’s lower limbs. Adjust the opening in the liquid collection pouch.
